You have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order to return the ordered product(s), without justification or penalty. The following return procedure must be followed:
The customer will be able to return his items within 7 working days of receipt using our dedicated website: https://saintsesprits.shipping-portal.com/
- the return form must be attached to the package
- the returned item(s) must be in perfect condition, unsoiled, never used and in their original packaging, accompanied by any original labels.
- The risks and costs of return are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer is required to return the item(s) with insurance covering the full purchase price.
Once the returned item has been received by the Seller, the refund including VAT (purchase price excluding delivery costs) will be made either by crediting the credit card used at the time of payment, or by PayPal transfer if this payment method was used by the customer at the time of purchase, or by sending a cheque by post within 7 calendar days of the date of receipt of the returned item (unless otherwise indicated by email - in particular in the event of closure for holidays or force majeure).
Any customs fees and taxes paid by the customer upon receipt will not be refunded.
No cash on delivery returns will be accepted.
