Unless otherwise stated in the descriptive text of an item, delivery costs are calculated automatically when your basket is confirmed and before the order is validated.
SAINTS ESPRITS undertakes to ship the items ordered as quickly as possible: shipments are generally made within 72 hours (no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays) following validation of the order and at the latest within 5 working days following validation of the order (unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site and the order validation screen, particularly in the event of closure for holidays)
Shipments are made by post (Colissimo tracking or Chronopost), with tracking number or by delivery to a relay point. An email indicating the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it has been shipped. For mainland France, the deadline guaranteed by La Poste is 48 hours for Colissimo. A complaint may be made in the event of non-compliance with this deadline.
Any customs fees, import taxes or customs formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

A shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number, is sent to you after each delivery to the carrier.
