You have 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product(s) ordered, without justification or penalty. The following return procedure must be followed:

The customer can return their items no later than 7 working days after receipt using our dedicated site:

- the return slip must be attached to the package
- the returned item(s) must be in perfect condition, unsoiled, have never been used and in their original packaging, accompanied by any original labels.
- The risks and return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer is required to return the item(s) with insurance covering the entire purchase price.

Once the returned item has been received by the Seller, the refund including tax (purchase price excluding delivery costs) will be made either by crediting the bank card used at the time of payment, or by PayPal transfer if this payment method was used by the customer at the time of purchase, either by mailing a check within 7 calendar days following the date of receipt of the returned item (unless otherwise indicated by email - particularly in the event of closure for holidays or force majeure).

Any customs fees and taxes paid by the customer upon receipt will not be refunded.

No cash on delivery returns will be accepted.
